Enrol/Re-enrol. What You Need to Do

Before you enrol, you’ll need to consider your benefit needs. If your spouse has coverage, compare the two plans and see how you can receive up to 100% reimbursement by coordinating your benefits.
Your log-in information is in the letter sent to your home along with the Benefits-at-a-Glance. The first time you log in, you’ll need to answer a few security questions. This will allow you to re-set your personal identification number (PIN) should you forget it the next time.

Re-enrolment Begins on March 18
Your benefits annual re-enrolment is your chance to see if your benefits continue to fit your life. You’ll re-enrol on the Franchise Benefits Store website. You will have until April 1 at 8 p.m. ET to make your choices.
The Re-enrolment Deadline Is April 1 at 8 p.m. ET
Be sure to re-enrol before the deadline!
- If you don’t re-enrol, your current choices will remain in place.
- You won’t be able to change your coverage until the next annual benefits re-enrolment period, unless you experience a qualifying Life Event.
Mark Your Calendar! Know what’s happening, when.
- March 18—Annual re-enrolment begins! Go to the Franchise Benefits Store website. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, select “Forgot PIN”. Answer the security questions and you’ll be ready to go.
- April 1 at 8 p.m. ET—Annual re-enrolment ends.
- May 1—New plan year begins.
- Don’t forget to submit any eligible health and dental expenses to Medavie Blue Cross for reimbursement.
